Operating schedules and some routes may be adjusted during Ramadan, summer months, or due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

We reserve the right to cancel or alter any part of an experience when required for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We may cancel a booking if payment is not received within the required timeframe. In general, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows are non-refundable. Delays or cancellations due to weather, accidents, illness, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events may occur. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion or that of the relevant supplier, or you may be offered an alternative date/time.
