Can I reschedule my booking?

What happens if the cruise is cancelled due to weather?

Most dinner cruises last approximately 2–2.5 hours, giving you ample time to enjoy the views, dinner, and onboard entertainment along the Dubai Canal.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual is recommended. Think comfortable yet elegant — collared shirts, dresses, or smart trousers. Swimwear, flip-flops, and overly casual attire are not permitted.

Where does the cruise depart from?

Our cruises depart from Al Safa Marine Station on the Dubai Water Canal. The exact boarding point and directions will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Is parking available at the boarding point?

Yes, parking is available near Al Safa Marine Station. We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes before departure to allow time for parking and boarding.

What should I bring on the cruise?

Bring your booking confirmation (email or screenshot), a valid ID, and a camera for the incredible views! During winter months (November–February), a light jacket is recommended for outdoor deck areas.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
